Senior Sports Awards 2017

The Senior Sports Awards this year will be held on Wednesday 25th October at 11.30am in the Kavanagh College Auditorium
We have three catergories :
- Outstanding Contribution Award: Awarded to Year 11-13 students for high levels of leadership, performance and contribution to the development of sport at Kavanagh College
- Excellence Award: Awarded to Year 11-13 students who have excelled in codes not offered by Kavanagh College (normally at Otago or elite level)
- Blue Award: Awarded to students who have reached an elite level in a sport offered by the College and ratified by the NZ secondary schools sports association (please note that a student may also be awarded a Blue for a sport not offered by the College at the discretion of the HOD Sport)
Attached below is a self-nomination form for students /caregivers to fill out and bring back to Mr MacKenzie for consideration for a Blue or an Excellence award. The forms are also available from outside the sports office.

Please also note that by filling in this form you are not necessarily guaranteed an award.
