Year 7 – 9 Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews Tuesday 5th September

We would strongly encourage students to attend these interviews along with their caregivers. You will need to know the names of your child's teachers before starting to book interviews.

For students in 9WHHG, please book with the teacher called Whibley/Hughes for Integrated Studies, not with the individual teacher. For students in 9MCHA, please book with the teacher called McGarry/Harris for Integrated Studies, not with the individual teacher.

These interviews will be held in the College Gymnasium.

A reminder of the times you have booked will be emailed to you on Monday 4th September. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.10pm – 6.00pm.

Bookings will be open from 9:00am on Monday 21st August and will close at 11:00pm on Sunday 3rd September.

On Tuesday 5th September school will finish early at 1.25pm for students in Years 7 - 9.

For students in Year 10 - 13 school will finish at the usual time of 3.00pm

Buses will be running at the usual times.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews

Block 1 - 2:00 to 5:10pm

Tea Break - 5:10 to 6:00pm

Block 2 - 6:00 to 8:00pm
