The NCEA Literacy and Numeracy Co-requisite results were released at the end of November and NCEA External results will be released in the middle of January.
Literacy and Numeracy Co-Requisite Results
NZQA released the Literacy and Numeracy Co-requisite results from the second opportunity at the end of November. These are the Reading, Writing and Numeracy digital assessments sat by Year 10 students, a large number of Year 11 students and a small number of Year 12 and 13 students.
The results have been imported into Edge. Students can view their results in Edge or by logging into their NZQA learner profile. Student's who didn't achieve one or more of the standards are able to view some feedback about why they didn't achieve them in their NZQA learner profile.
The school will identify students in Year 11 and above who haven't achieved the NCEA Literacy and Numeracy requirements, and will make a plan for them to work towards achieving them during 2025. There are two ways this can happen - through resitting the co-requisite assessments or by targeting achievement in certain literacy and numeracy rich achievement standards.
NCEA External Results
External results are due to be released on Thursday 15 January. This will include the Level 1 submitted externals and all NZQA exam results.
Students will be able to view their results by logging into their NZQA learner profile. The results will be imported into Edge and should be available to view in Edge on Monday 19 January.
