New University Grange Women's Cricket Club

In partnership with Otago Cricket and with University Grange we have established the University Grange Women's Cricket Club, the new home of girls' club cricket in Dunedin. The UG Women's Cricket Club provides opportunities for high school and older females to play cricket on a Saturday as part of all female teams. Our goal is to grow pathways for women and girls' cricket for all and to provide a safe, welcoming, and social club.

While the younger girls at Trinity Catholic College would not be joining until after Christmas next year (in the case of the current year 8s) or the year after (in the case of the current year 7s), we would like to make them and their families aware of developments and opportunities in the game.

We would also like to invite all female cricketers, regardless of age, to our opening event on Wednesday 16th of October from 4pm at the University Oval. More details will follow on the Facebook page:
