GET TO GO CHAMPS

On Friday 15th September eight of our Year 10 students took part in the Get to Go Challenge and won the regional final
James Thomson, Finn Knowles, Jordan King, Graysen Thomson, Holly Trainor-Uluakiola, Madi Sutherland, Kyra McEntrye and Annalise Wilson made up the winning team.
They competed in four challenges throughout the day - problem-solving, kayaking, mountain biking and orienteering. The team was very consistent throughout the day and came out the eventual winner in the mixed section. The rules state that you must have a mixed team to be eligible to compete in the national final .
We are now off to Great Barrier Island in December to compete in the national finals. Awesome work team. Very exciting, let the fundraising begin.
