Jazz Band

Kavanagh's Jazz Band requires players who have had at least three years' lessons on their instrument. We are looking for Brass, Woodwind, and Bass Clef instrument players! 

Rehearsals are EARLY on Monday mornings - 7.15am start in the Band Room of the Music House! It's a great way to begin your week, and you will be wide awake for Period 1.

We've got the annual Dunedin Schools' Jazz Competition to prepare for, so be prepared to practice. You have a bit of time to get your instrument out, clean it up, polish it off, and play some groovy scales before we meet on Monday 10th February.
