Year 10 -13 Parent - Teacher Interviews

Parent Interviews will be held on Term 3 Week 1;

• Tuesday 23rd July

• School will finish at 1.30pm on this day

These interviews will be held in the College Gymnasium. We would strongly encourage students to attend with their caregivers. Interviews will be running from 2.00pm until 8.00pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.15pm – 6.00pm.

You will need to know the names of your child’s subject teachers and Kaiārahi (Pastoral Group Teacher).

Please note that Ms Tupa’i is unavailable for these interviews, so please email her to arrange a time for a phone interview.

Bookings will be open from 9:15am on Monday 1st July and will close at 11:50pm on Sunday 21st  July.

You will be emailed your schedule of interviews on Monday 22nd July, after bookings close.

School will finish at 1.30pm. on Tuesday 23 July for all year levels because some Y7 – 9 students have options teachers from 2.00pm – 3.00pm who will be engaged in interviews.

Buses will be running at the usual times and the Canteen will be open for lunch.

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews

Block 1: 2.00 to 5:15pm

Tea Break (5:15 to 6:00pm)

Block 2: 6:00 to 8:00pm
