Commerce Department Update

Justin shared invaluable insights regarding the significance of cultivating positive relationships between employers and employees. His experience overseeing a workforce of around 350 individuals underscored the importance of transparent human resource processes within a business. He explained the various roles within MacDonalds, the business structure, the recruitment process, the induction process and the training/qualifications offered. 

Students asked questions and were impressed with Justin’s knowledge about MacDonalds and the amount of charity work he and his wife do in the community. The students will use the information to complete an internal assessment related to human resource management.
