Fairweather Dominates Again

Erika Fairweather continues her remarkable achievements in the pool

Before the holidays Erika was away competing at the New Zealand Opens (Open Age Group) Swimming Meet.

Her results are as follows:

Silver in the 200m and 400m Freestyle and 400m Individual Medley
Otago Age Group Records for 100m, 200m, 400m Freestyle
She also broke three New Zealand age group records for the 100m, 200m and 400m Freestyle

She has also qualified to represent New Zealand in the Junior Pan Pacific Games in Fiji at the end of August and also the World Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires early October. Her nomination from Swimming New Zealand (being 1 of 2 females on the team of 4) has yet to be accepted by the Olympic Committee.
