E tū ana te whakataetae Manu Kōrero o te motu ki roto o Ōtepoti i tēnei wiki. Ko ngā haukāinga o Ōtepoti me Murihiku e manaaki ana i tēnei kaupapa i tēnei tau.
The Manu Kōrero Nationals are being held in Dunedin this week. The haukāinga of Dunedin and Southland are hosting this event.
Nine members of our kapa haka took part in the haka pōhiri welcoming manuhiri from all around the motu/ country. Our students attended several practices to prepare for this event. This is the first time in three years the National Manu Kōrero Speech Competion has been held face to face. Today is the final day of the speech competition.
If you look closely you can spot a couple of our Trinity red coats in the Te Karere news story(10.30 minutes): https://www.tvnz.co.nz/shows/te-karere/episodes/s2023-e182
