Book Week Donations to the Edmund Rice Camps of Dunedin

Your generous gold coin donations on Dress as a Book Character Day have been put to good use!

Last term, through the generosity of our school community, we raised $270 for the Edmund Rice Camps, during our Dress as a Book Character Day. The Edmund Rice Camps benefit children in our community by providing them with enriching experiences and support.

The money raised will be used to buy essential items for the children and their families.

Last year our efforts were bolstered by the support of Paper Plus Dunedin. When we approached Jacqui Brensell about our donations to the Edmund Rice Camps, she generously contributed six boxes of books, stationery and art supplies! These items are immensely appreciated and will be added to the packs distributed to the children and families that attend the Edmund Rice Camps.

Thank you to our generous school community and Paper Plus Dunedin. We believe that books and reading can profoundly impact individuals and empower communities. Together, these items and the monetary donations will make a significant difference in our community.
