Athletics Day 2020 Graced with Beautiful Weather and Great Spirit.

We could not have asked for a better day for our annual Athletics day held at the Caledonian ground on Monday. The competition was fierce and the spirits were high from all the students.
Congratulations to Matama Taua who broke the under 12 girls shotput record with a throw of 8.97m, beating the previous record of 8.18m held by Helene Elisara.
There were also several other credible performances on the day, and going by my registrations for the Otago Athletics champs coming up on March 14 we should have some good sucess going forward.
Thanks to the staff who all helped and contributed to the day also. Below are the house points for the day.
