Meet Our New Staff

Kia Ora

My name is David Sole and I am excited to be joining the Kavanagh College Maths department this year. 

I am originally from Wellington but have lived all over the world. I spent last year teaching at Ashburton College and the prior four years teaching at Barclay Academy in the UK. I enjoy creating a fun and engaging learning environment to help students progress with their Mathematics. 

I love Dunedin as a city and am looking to make it my long term home. Outside of school my interests include surfing, skiing, running, mountain biking and photography. I love to get out and about and explore new places. The travel bug hit me when I was young and still is a major part of my life outside of school!

I look forward to getting to know as many of you in the Kavanagh community as possible.
