Parent-Student-Teacher Interviews (Year 7 - 9)

On Tuesday 10 September, school will close early at 1.25pm for all students across Years 7 -13. This is to allow for Teacher Interviews to take place for our Year 7 - 9 cohort.
Year 7 - 9: Parent – Student - Teacher Interviews
Tuesday 10 September, 2024
These interviews are for caregivers and students in Year 7 - 9. Ako (Integrated Studies) Teachers along with Physical Education, Science World, Numeracy World and Options Teachers will also be available for interviews. We would strongly encourage students to attend these interviews along with their caregivers. You will need to know the names of your child's teachers before starting to book interviews.
For students in 9WHHG, please book with the teacher called Whibley/Hughes for Integrated Studies, not with the individual teacher. For Students in 9MCHA, please book with the teacher called McGarry/Harris for Integrated Studies, not with the individual teacher.
These interviews will be held in the College Gymnasium.
A reminder of the times you have booked will be emailed to you on Monday 9 September. Interviews will be running from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5:10 pm – 6:00 pm.
Bookings will be open from 9:00 am on Thursday 22 August and will close at 11:00 pm on Sunday 8 September.

After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.
On Tuesday 10 September school will finish early at 1:25 pm for all students in Years 7 - 13. Buses will be running at the usual times.
Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews;
Block 1 = 2:00 to 5:10 pm
(Tea Break 5:10 to 6:00 pm)
Block 2 = 6:00 to 8:00 pm
