Our Children, Our Migration
In it's fourth year running the Moana Nui Festival is growing larger and larger, filling the Forthsyth Barr with colour, sound and joy.
11 Moana nations and Island groups were represented with students from Trinity and from our Kahui Ako (Catholic Schools of Dunedin Collective) were involved with their families and communities, providing a uniquely Dunedin celebration of culture, migration, food, crafts and fashion. Many thanks to Trinity Catholic College and St Bernadette's Primary School for supporting our Moana Communities and this wonderful annual event.
Countries involved: Niue, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Kiribati, Cook Islands, Vanuatu, Tokelau, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Kingdom of Tonga and Samoa.
