Parent - Teacher Interviews

We would strongly encourage students to attend with their caregivers. 

Interviews will be running from 2.30pm until 7.30pm with all staff taking a tea break from 5.15pm – 6.00pm.

Interviews are to be held on -

Surnames beginning A – L:   Tuesday 27 March

Surnames beginning M – Z:   Thursday 5 April

You will need to know the names of your child’s teachers. 

Bookings will be open from 9:00am on Wednesday 7th March and will close at 11:00pm on Thursday 22nd March for interviews on the 27th March and 11:00pm on Tuesday 3rd April for interviews on 5th April.

The web address is http://www.parentinterviews.co.nz or you can click on the link at the bottom of our website www.kavanagh.co.nz The school code for Tuesday 27 March is T2VYQEG3 and for Thursday 5 April is TJ3PRTFJ. After logging on you can book interviews with each staff member.

On both Tuesday 27th March and Thursday 5th April school will finish early at 2:00pm for all students. Buses will be running at the usual times on both these days.

Please note that Mr Read is only available for interviews on Tuesday 27th March so caregivers of students in his classes should book accordingly (don’t worry about the restriction on surnames).

Staff will be available for two blocks of interviews

Block 1 - 2:30 to 5:15pm

Tea Break - 5:15 to 6:00pm

Block 2 - 6:00 to 7:30pm
