Pani Popo for Year 10 Food Technology

In celebration of Samoan Language week, the Year 10 Food Technology Class at Trinity Catholic College experienced the joy of making and eating Pani Popo!

Last week, the Year 10 Food Technology class celebrated Samoan Language Week by making Pani Popo, traditional Samoan coconut rolls. The students enjoyed shaping the dough into various forms and sampling the finished product, resulting in a positive and enjoyable experience for all involved. Yum!
