Bishop’s Shield 2023

Students who are interested in public speaking, debating, and drama should consider getting involved with the Bishop's Shield competition which will be held early in Term 3 during the weekend of 4-6 August 2023.
This year St Peter’s College is hosting the competition so it will be held in Gore.
The Bishop's Shield competition sees students from the Catholic high schools in the Dunedin Diocese (Trinity, St Kevin's, St Peter's, and Verdon) competing against one another in prepared speech, impromptu speech, junior and senior debating, junior and senior drama, and junior and senior scripture.
Any students interested in being part of the Bishop's Shield team should complete this Google Form by Wednesday 24 May: https://forms.gle/YSomww61jNLAFKnC9
Students will be selected by the teacher(s) responsible for each section.
