Hena Fonohema has been selected to represent Tonga in Football at the Women's Nations Cup

This is an Oceania Football Competition. Teams from New Zealand, Samoa, Tahiti, Paua New Guinea, New Caledonia, Cook Islands and Fiji will also be competing. This is being played in New Caledonia late in November.
