Bishop’s Shield Competition

On Friday afternoon, the Bishop’s Shield team will head south to Invercargill to take part in a series of public speaking, scripture, and drama events that make up the Bishop’s Shield competition. 

Every year the four high schools in the Dunedin Catholic Diocese (Trinity Catholic College, Verdon College, St Kevin’s College, and St Peter’s College) come together for a weekend of competition and camaraderie. It’s always a very full and tiring weekend, but also one filled with friendship, faith, and fun with a good dose of school spirit and competitiveness thrown in as well.
