Kavanagh won the shield narrowly with 28.5 points. Kavanagh won the Senior Drama, the Junior Debate, the Impromptu Speech, and the Junior Scripture. We were placed second with the Senior Prepared Speech. Notable mentions were Orla Kelly awarded the (Dominican Cup)Best Speaker in the Junior Debates and Emily Kerr-Bell (Boyce Family Cup) with the Most Promising Senior Dramatic Performance. The team consisted of Elsie Wallace, Aine Kelly, Sam Meikle, Emily Kerr-Bell, Andrew Wilson, Ralph Stewart, Elizabeth Audas, Rosa Latton, Judea Smith, Amalie Latton, Orla Kelly, Jemma Mortimer, Sarah Al-Balushi, Molly Colbert, Ruby LaHood, Ted Kerr-Bell and Luca Holloway. A big thank you to Lynley Harris and Grant Meikle as the support crew. The team really appreciated all the coaching and support from Sarah Henderson, Maggie McGarry and our fabulous ex-pupil debating coaches Anna Roberts and Ollie Meikle.
