Blood Drive 20th August

Hi Everyone.

On the 20th August 2024, the annual blood drive is on and it would be greatly appreciated if you could give up a few hours to donate. The time slot would be 9am - 1pm, and you would be given transport to the centre.

There are a few rules regarding this initiative;

• you must be aged 16 years and over and in great health

• you have to wait 3 months if you have a tattoo or piercing after donating

• you must eat and drink plenty beforehand

• you must have an eligible weight of 50kg or more and be 150cm or taller

• you also need to avoid any heavy sports afterwards and if you are sick please keep safe rather than giving blood.
