Brain Battle

On the Wednesday and Thursday of last term, we held a Brain Battle competition for Year 7s-9s.
This consisted of a Rubik's Cube Race followed by a Spelling Bee and we had many keen participants in both these events. We offered prizes to the winners of each section, spot prizes to the audience, and house points for everyone, including for participation.
The results from the house points are as follows:
6th - Ambrose
5th - McAuley
4th - Gabriel
3rd - Rice
2nd - Bodkin
1st - Pompallier
The overall winner for the Rubik's Cube Race was William Jarvie and the overall winner for the Spelling Bee was Che McGivern.
