Kavanagh Summer Hockey Report

The three teams that are in the current summer Hockey competition are Respect (mostly year 9s), Service (mostly year 11) and Justice (The family team comprised of Kavanagh students with family and friends).

There have been four games for each team so far.

10/11 Service 5 vs The Bean Brigade 4 – Goals to B Wilson (2), C Paulsen (3)

17/11 Service 2 vs Straight off the Couch 8 – Goals to C Paulsen (2)

24/11 Service 9 vs St Hilda’s White 11 – Goals to C Paulsen (4), G Wilson (2), B Wilson (1), D White (2)

Observation – In the top half of the table constructing some really nice hockey and great to see them all smiling again.

Observation – Showing glimpses of greatness just need to link them together

Observation – Watching family’s playing together is really important for Kavanagh hockey moving into the future. Seeing current students trying to set up goals for little sisters and HOD of English speaks to the quality of students that the school is bringing through.
