Mighty 2nd XI Football Team End Season On A High

The mighty 2nd XI football team ended their season on a high note with a very good 5-4 win over Taieri College on Wednesday at the Oval
After being down 4-0 at half time, the mighty 2nds stormed back into the game with two quick goals, then fully took control of the game when Tobias Devereux drove a classic into the top left-hand corner of the goal.
Oli King, Campbell Neilson and Enrique Garcia were lively upfront and Dom Barlow, Liam Gould solid at the back along with Jimmy Gallagher. The team finished 3rd in their grade and all really enjoyed their football. My thanks to Kevin Gould who reffed all our games and to the parents who supported week in week out.
Congratulations to the First XI who also had a good win over OBHS First XI 3-2.
