Credit Accounts

We are encouraging families to start up a Credit Account with the school as a way of being able to manage school costs.
What it entails is a weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment into the Kavanagh College bank account. The amount is entirely up to you. Any payments to be made to the College will then be made from this account. This includes School Parent Contributions, Camps, Class Trips, Sports Subs, Uniform Shop purchases, Stationery purchases, PE Uniform etc. Please note this does not include the Attendance Dues which are payable to the Roman Catholic Diocese.
All you have to do is:
1. Set up an Automatic Payment in your Internet Banking -
a/c 06 0901 0107876 00, Kavanagh College. Make sure you put in the reference your child's last name (if different from yours) and state it is 'Student Credit'
2. When a payment is due, send your child with a note to the Bursar's office, asking for the payment to be made from Student Credit. It's that simple!
If your account does not have sufficient funds to cover a particular payment, it's not a problem, as we know payments are coming in on a regular basis which will eventually cover the costs.
Any questions please feel free to call 477 3408 Sid ex 206 or Anna ex 235 in the Bursar's Office.
