What is happening in your child's digital world?

Following on from the hype of 'Adolescence' and our students being reminded of the values within our digital agreement, this most recent article from 'Safe on Social' is a helpful tool for parents.

There are some very confronting issues present for parents in recent times regarding some of the ways in which our children may be engaging in their digital world. This doesn't mean a child is 'bad', just that they explore aspects of growing up in a different way than we experienced. They are also exposed to more material in a faster time frame.

It is important that we don't come down too heavily on our children, as that can promote more hiding and deception. Conversations to guide rather than control are encouraged.
