Otago Southland Model United Nations (OSMUN) 2025 is coming up on the 29th and 30th of March

It is a two day conference providing hands-on civics education which will equip participants with a newfound confidence in negotiation and public speaking.

The event for high school students from Year 9 and above will include interactive workshops and plenary sessions where delegates will get to participate in a simulated United Nations General Assembly where they are assigned a country for which they will represent the interests of.

The event will take place in the University of Otago Business School on the 29th and 30th of March. The registration fee is $50 per delegate and includes food for the duration of the event. There are plenty of scholarships available to students who meet the criteria in order to waive this fee and keep the event accessible to everyone!

Registrations are currently open and can be completed at the link below. Registrations close on the 24th so we encourage delegates to move quickly!
