Congratulations to our 2024 Class Act Recipients

On Thursday 31st October two Trinity Catholic College high achievers were recognised as 'Class Acts' during a special ceremony at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery. Congratulations to our very own Oliver Lodge and Phoebe Harris!
The Otago Daily Times’ Class Act initiative shines a light on the outstanding young talent we have in our region. Beginning in 2000, every year high schools across the Otago Region select one or two outstanding pupils from their school to join the list of recipients. The Class Act recipients for Trinity Catholic College this year are two of our outstanding Year 13 students, Oliver Lodge and Phoebe Harris.
Celebrating the cultural, academic and sporting achievements of Otago Secondary School pupils, the University of Otago offers 'Leaders of Tomorrow' Scholarships to each recipient. The awards are presented in a special ceremony by the Prime Minister.
With so many outstanding students achieving amazing things at our school, choosing the recipients each year proves an extremely difficult task for staff. As you read about Oliver and Phoebe, and their achievements and aspirations however, you will understand that their futures indeed look bright!
