Cricket Season Update 2023

The Trinity Catholic College cricket team is playing some good cricket in the Dunedin Secondary schools grade on a saturday afternoon
Our first game was a narrow loss to OBHS red, Daniel Thompson and Angus Tait top scored with 37 and 36, chasing 142 to win we came up short by 5 runs.
Last weekend we beat Kings in a thriller chasing down 165 to win, once again Angus Tait was the hero with the bat with 62 not out, Nick Woodley took 4 wickets , Connor Hall 2 wickets and the rest of the bowlers were tidy also. This weekend we head to South Otago to play in what should be a thrilling encounter.
Also a big thanks to Brett Woodley up at Roslyn Physio who kindly sponsored our McCullum cup tournament entry fee. We won two out of three games in the tournament and it was great that Lachie Tait and Ravija could play for us.
